The Hope Chest is often limited in time and space to provide immediate crisis response. Whether you are a current client or someone looking for support and in crisis, PLEASE call 911 if someone's safety is at risk. Ask for "a CIT Officer" if police will be responding, for mental health/trauma affirming support, and inform the 911 operator and those who arrive of the mental health needs present. If not an immediate safety risk, but urgent support is needed, the following supports are available to you at both local St. Louis, MO and national levels.
